Terms & Condition

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.

  • Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment must be completed before the session.

  • No slot will be held without payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation must be informed at least 3 week  in advance.

  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.

4. Time Usage

  • Please start and end your session on time.

  • Extra time usage will be charged additionally.

5. Equipment Usage

  • Handle all studio equipment with care.

  • Any damage caused will be chargeable.

6. Cleanliness & Discipline

  • Keep the space clean and organized.

  • No smoking or alcohol inside the premises.

7. Number of Participants

  • Only the permitted number of people are allowed inside the hall.

  • Inform in advance for group bookings.

8. Responsibility

  • Management is not responsible for personal belongings.

  • Users are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

9. Power & Technical Issues

  • Backup power will be provided where available.

  • Management is not liable for unforeseen technical interruptions.

10. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of policy violations.
